Jello Pie
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla

- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese

- FOR THE JELLO LAYERS:
- 4 boxes (3 Oz. Size) Jello, 4 Different Flavors
- 4 cups Water, Divided
- 4 cups Good Quality Ice Cream, Divided
- More Cool Whip, For Topping
- To make the crust, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and vanilla. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
- Mix Cool Whip, cup of powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over the crust.
- Dissolve first flavor of jello in 1 cup hot water until thoroughly dissolved. Add 1 cup ice cream. Pour over the filling and let set for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Repear 3 more times wtih various flavors of your choice.
- Top with Cool Whip.
