Four Layer Dessert
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 c. nondairy whipped topping
- 1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine flour, nuts and oleo; mix well. Press into bottom of 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Prepare chocolate pudding and spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Chill another hour.
- Prepare vanilla pudding and spread over chocolate; chill another hour.
- Garnish with whipped topping and nuts.
- Cut into squares.
