Apple Cider Bundt Cake
- 3 cups Granulated White Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Butter, Softened
- 6 Large Eggs
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Grease a 10-cup bundt pan.
- In the bowl of stand mixer, beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl or other container, combine apple cider and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternately with cider, mixing until well blended.
- Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes in pan before removing to a cake stand or plate.
