Great American Cookie Company Style Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2-1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Butter, Softened (2 Sticks)
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3 cups Mix-ins Of Your Choice (Chocolate Chips, PB Chips, Nuts, M&Ms, etc.)
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl with a whisk.
- 3. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a mixer bowl until creamy.
- 4. Add eggs and mix.
- 5. Gradually stir in flour mixture.
- 6. Add 3 cups mix-ins; stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
- 7. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls, two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- 8. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire racks.
