Haystacks ‘N Sticks

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. If chocolate is not fully melted, repeat the process until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add peanut butter to melted chocolate. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, pour chocolate and peanut butter over pretzels and chow mein noodles. Stir in carefully so that the noodles do not break into small pieces. While stirring, try to coat all of the noodles and pretzels as evenly as possible.
  4. Using two tablespoons, scoop a 3-4" bite-sized "haystack" and place it on the parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet. Continue to repeat haystacks until there are 12-15 on a sheet. Place in a refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set up.
  5. Remove and serve! These can be topped with a light dusting of cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
  6. Store extras in a food storage bag or airtight container.
