Mom’S Chocolate Walnut Fudge

  1. In your mixer bowl, break up the candy bar into small pieces and add the marshmallow cream and vanilla. Set aside.
  2. In a large heavy pan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in milk and melted margarine. Stir constantly until it comes to a full rolling boil. Continue stirring and boiling, lowering heat to keep at a steady boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Slowly pour into mixer bowl, beating at the lowest speed for a few minutes. When the hot mixture is combined with the marshmallow and chocolate, beat for 4-5 minutes at a higher speed until creamy smooth. Add nuts until mixed. Pour into a 13x9 pan lined with buttered foil. When set, take foil out of the pan and slice into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 pieces.
