Stir-Fried Vegetables
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. sliced carrot
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods, partially thawed
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1 c. water
- Coat a wok or large skillet with cooking spray.
- Heat on medium for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and soy sauce.
- Stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Add cabbage, broccoli, carrots and green onions. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add mushrooms and snow peas.
- Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
- Combine cornstarch, bouillon granules and water, stirring to dissolve. Pour over vegetables and stir-fry until thickened and bubbly.
