Stir-Fried Vegetables

  1. Coat a wok or large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Heat on medium for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and soy sauce.
  4. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  5. Add cabbage, broccoli, carrots and green onions. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Add mushrooms and snow peas.
  7. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Combine cornstarch, bouillon granules and water, stirring to dissolve. Pour over vegetables and stir-fry until thickened and bubbly.
