Strawberry Cream Pie
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Strawberries, Hulled
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1 whole 10-Inch Size, Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, mixing until well blended. Set aside.
- Mash 1 cup of strawberries with a fork and stir it into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl using a mixer with the beater attachment, whip the cream and confectioner's sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold this into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon into the prepared pie crust.
- Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with additional strawberries just before serving!
