Oreo Brownies
- 4-1/2 ounces, weight Butter
- 7 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Sugar (or 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence)
- 1 cup Flour
- 6 ounces, weight Oreo Cookies
- Melt about half of the butter with the chocolate, set it aside to cool down a little.
- Whip together the rest of the butter and sugar until it's soft and white.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and whip thoroughly between each egg.
- Stir in the melted butter and chocolate and vanilla essence (if you use vanilla sugar, blend it with the flour).
- Mix in the flour and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Chop up the Oreo biscuits and blend it in ( I like to chop them very fine).
- Use an 8 x 12 inch pan with baking paper. Bake at 338F in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
