Strawberry And Greek Yogurt Pie
- FOR THE PIE:
- 1 whole Deep Dish Pie Crust
- 3-1/2 cups Sliced Strawberries
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Walnuts
- Line a pie pan with the uncooked pie crust. Place sliced strawberries on the pie crust.
- In a bowl, mix together sugar, flour, salt, eggs and yogurt. Pour over strawberries.
- For the topping, in another bowl mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Stir in walnuts. Spread this over strawberries.
- Bake in 375u0b0F oven for 55-60 minutes. Cover pie crust edge with foil if it starts browning too much.
