Chicken And Hot Pepper(Gun Pao Gee Dein)

  1. Mix 1
  2. tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sake or wine, 2 tablespoons
  3. water,
  4. 2
  5. teaspoons cornstarch and chicken meat. Marinate about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Heat frying pan or wok; add 3 tablespoons oil.
  7. Fry cayenne peppers until fragrant.
  8. Drain and add chicken meat.
  9. Cook until meat begins to turn
  10. white.
  11. Mix
  12. remaining ingredients for second sauce. Add
  13. to chicken
  14. and
  15. cook until chicken is done.
  16. Serve with rice.
