Terrine Of Turkey

  1. Place the turkey in a large bowl.
  2. Add the onion, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, water, tomato paste, mustard, tamari and thyme.
  3. Mix the ingredients together, then add the eggs and mix again until well combined.
  4. Press the turkey mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  5. Cover the terrine with foil.
  6. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.
  8. Place another 9 x 5-inch loaf pan on top of the terrine and fill with dried beans or other heavy material such as a can of food, or cover with foil and top with something heavy. Refrigerate 2 to 3 days.
