Roasted Green Beans With Garlic Panko
- FOR THE GREEN BEANS:
- 2 pounds Green Beans, Trimmed
- 4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Flakes
- Salt And Pepper
- FOR THE BREADCRUMBS:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3/4 cups Gluten-free Panko Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- Sea Salt And Fresh Ground Pepper
- For the green beans:
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F. Place a jellyroll pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, place green beans and all the the remaining green bean ingredients. Toss to thoroughly coat the beans. Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on preheated baking sheet.
- Bake for about 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from oven and set aside.
- For the garlic panko breadcrumbs:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, panko and walnuts. Stir and saute until lightly toasted. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Set aside.
- When it is time to serve you just need to transfer the roasted green beans to a serving dish and top with garlic panko crumbs.
