Mixed Green Salad With Chicken & Pear

  1. Arrange lettuce greens on a plate. Arrange chicken on top, add the pear, and sprinkle with cranberries and pecans.
  2. Drizzle vinaigrette over the top of the salad just before serving.
  3. Add other vegetables to the salad base as desired, such as cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced cucumber, radishes and red onion.
  4. The Champagne Pear Vinaigrette is out of this world delicious, but any other champagne vinaigrette would probably be a fine substitute.
