Spinach And Feta Quiche
- 1 whole 9" Pie Crust
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 4 cups Fresh Baby Spinach, Chopped
- 1 cup Feta, Crumbled
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Put your pie crust into a pie pan and set aside.
- 2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute until tender.
- 3. Turn off the heat. Add the spinach and stir it in gently until wilted. Add the feta and stir until combined. Spoon mixture into the pie crust.
- 4. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour it into the pie crust over the spinach mixture.
- 5. Bake for 15 minutes and then sprinkle the cheddar on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes more until center is set. Allow it to stand for 10 minutes before eating.
