Easy Apple Pie Croissants

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Lightly spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with a Silpat baking mat. Set aside.
  2. Unroll puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. Roughly chop apple pie filling into smaller pieces. Spread half of the filling onto one sheet and the remaining half on the other sheet, leaving an inch border along each side. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
  4. Starting at one end, roll each sheet like a jelly roll. Cut into thin strips and place onto baking sheet. Brush melted butter onto each strip. Sprinkle with apple pie spice.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust turns a golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes on pan, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Enjoy!
  7. Note: Apple croissants will keep in a covered container for up to 3 days.
