Spicy Chipotle Fry Sauce
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 Tablespoon Chipotles In Adobo Sauce (from A Can), Sauce Only
- 1 Tablespoon Dill Pickle Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt (more To Taste)
- Chopped Parsley For Garnish
- Onion Rings Or French Fries (for Serving)
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayo, ketchup, Sriracha, chipotle sauce, dill pickle juice, mustard, chipotle chili powder, black pepper and salt until smooth, creamy and thoroughly combined. Set aside or cover and place in the fridge where it will keep for about a week.
- When ready to serve, garnish with chopped parsley and serve alongside crispy onion rings or french fries!
