Pear Almond Steel Cut Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the oats, almonds, cinnamon, cardamom, salt and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the almond milk, extracts, honey and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir together. Stir in the diced pears.
  4. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish and place on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the oatmeal is golden and set. Serve immediately.
