Easy Shrimp Bisque

  1. Add butter to a medium sauce pan on medium high heat and melt. Add garlic, celery, onion, and green onion. Saute for a minute or two. Add milk, potatoes, red pepper flakes and pepper. Seasoning can be adjusted to taste. Allow ingredients to come to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow bisque to cook for another 10 - 30 minutes. Serve hot.
