Brown Sugar Peach Pie With Coconut Streusel
- 1/2 packages Pie Crust, Or Make Your Own
- 2/3 cups Brown Sugar, Divided
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 12 whole Peaches, Peeled & Sliced
- 1/3 cups Oats
- 1/4 cups Coconut, Sweetened
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line the crust with foil and pie weights. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce the temperature to 350 degrees. Remove the foil and weights. Bake for another 5 minutes and let cool.
- Combine half the brown sugar , flour, cinnamon and peaches. Put in the crust and bake for 30 minutes.
- Combine the remaining brown sugar, oats, coconut, and butter. Sprinkle over the pie, line crust with foil (to prevent burning) and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Enjoy.
