Super Moist Dark Chocolate Brownies
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1-1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/3 cups Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- Prepare your baking pans. Use either 2 square 8" pans or one 9x13" pan; lightly grease the pan(s).
- First, combine butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until the ingredients have all combined together. Now pour in some dark chocolate cocoa powder and the vanilla extract. Stir and remove from heat. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients along with the sour cream. Beat two eggs together. Add a spoonful of the chocolate mixture from the mixing bowl; beat. Now pour the beaten eggs into the large mixing bowl and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the center is set but still moist.
