Beef Taco Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
  3. Cook beef and onion until brown; drain.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and pour into pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle with chiles.
  6. In another bowl, beat with hand mixer the milk, biscuit mix and eggs for 1 minute until smooth. Pour over beef mixture and bake 25 minutes.
  7. Remove and top with diced tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. Cool 5 minutes.
  10. Serve with sour cream.
