Oatmeal Hazelnut Bars
- 3/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1-1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 3/4 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour, Plus 3 Tablespoons (divided Use)
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1-1/3 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cups Nutella
- 1/2 cups Chopped Ferrero Rocher Candies, Plus 3 Tablespoons, Divided Use
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine butter, oats, sugar, 1 cup flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix until crumbs form. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Combine Nutella and remaining 3 tablespoons of flour in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Drop large spoons full of this evenly over the top of the chocolate chips. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the chopped candies over the Nutella. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top of the filling. Sprinkle remaining 3 tablespoons of chopped candies on top of crumbs.
- Return to the oven for 20 minutes or until the top has browned lightly. Do not over bake. Remove pan from oven. Run a thin knife along the edge of the pan to loosen bars from pan. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
