Pizza Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cubed to bite size
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (12 to 15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 4 c. hot cooked rice or can replace with spaghetti
- Mix in bowl first 6 ingredients; shape mixture into medium sized meat balls with 1 cube of cheese in center of each, making sure that cheese is completely covered with meat mixture.
- Coat each meatball lightly with flour.
- In skillet, over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Put meatballs in sauce and simmer until heated.
- Serve on rice or spaghetti.
