Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

  1. So, in general I use 3 bowls for this recipe.
  2. First, I beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and set them aside.
  3. Then, I sift all the dry ingredients into another bowl and set aside.
  4. Finally, I mix the wet ingredients and set aside.
  5. Then you have nothing left! Woohoo! Okay, starting bringing them back. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together first, then gently fold in the egg whites.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean (or mostly clean, there are chocolate chips in there!)
