Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
- 3 whole Egg Whites, Beaten To Stiff Peaks
- 1-2/3 cup Cake Flour
- 3/4 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 7 Tablespoons Butter
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Cocoa
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- So, in general I use 3 bowls for this recipe.
- First, I beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and set them aside.
- Then, I sift all the dry ingredients into another bowl and set aside.
- Finally, I mix the wet ingredients and set aside.
- Then you have nothing left! Woohoo! Okay, starting bringing them back. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together first, then gently fold in the egg whites.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean (or mostly clean, there are chocolate chips in there!)
