Mock Ravioli
- 1 can hot sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. bow ties
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/4 lb. ground meat
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Put juices in pot.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the basil.
- Cook onions in butter.
- Fry meat when done.
- Drain off fat.
- After onions and meat are fried, put in with the sauce. Simmer for about 40 minutes.
- Cook bow ties and spinach.
- Grate cheese.
- Then put some meat sauce in bottom of casserole, then noodles, all spinach, cheese.
- Repeat and finish with meat sauce. Put some of the cheese on top.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
