Coffee X2 Tiramisu
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cups Hot Water
- 1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee Granules
- 1/4 cups Coffee Liqueur
- 2 packages (3 Oz. Package) Ladyfingers
- 1/2 cups Grated Chocolate
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar with your mixer on medium speed, blend until creamy. In another bowl, beat your whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into your cream cheese mixture.
- Stir 1/2 cup hot water and coffee granules together until dissolved. Add your coffee liqueur, set aside.
- Using large soup mugs for mine, I arranged ladyfingers evenly around sides of my mugs (you could even use ramekins). I used a baster brush to drizzle coffee mixture all over ladyfingers, just gently get in there to do the whole ladyfinger. Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture into the centers of cups. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- Cover with plastic and chill for at least 2 hours.
- You can serve this in a single dish, of course-just arrange ladyfingers into the bottom and sides of a 2-quart dish or serving bowl. Drizzle evenly with half of the coffee mixture then half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat once and top off with grated chocolate. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
