Southwestern Egg Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. Place crust in ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Chop up the sausage. Cook and stir sausage, both onions, and jalapenos over medium heat until tender, then remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cumin, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in the sausage mixture and cheese. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. I sprinkle the top with extra cheese and serve it with salsa.
  7. Enjoy.
