Chicken Spaghetti
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 box (8 oz.) ready-cut spaghetti
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 stick butter
- grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- In
- a
- large
- pot,
- boil chicken breast in about 6 cups water until
- done.
- Remove chicken breast, and while broth is still boiling,
- add spaghetti and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
- Drain spaghetti; reservingtroth.temovethicken
- from
- bone and dice.
- In large
- skillet,
- saute onions and celery in butter. Add
- soup, chicken, pimentos and about 1/2 cup broth, spaghetti, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
