Skid Road Stroganoff
- 8 oz. uncooked noodles
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. commercial sour cream
- chopped parsley
- Start cooking those noodles, first dropping a bouillon cube into water.
- Brown the garlic onions and crumbled beef in the oil. Add the paprika, salt, flour and mushrooms.
- Stir and let it cook five minutes, then add the soup and simmer ten minutes.
- Stir in sour cream, keeping the heat low so not to curdle the sour cream and let heat through.
- To serve, put noodles on a platter, put on stroganoff mix.
- Add parsley and serve.
