Smoked Trout Peach Salad With Creamy Avocado Dressing

  1. Place all the ingredients for the avocado dressing in the food processor (or blender). Puree until smooth.
  2. Using a large spoon, pool the dressing on 4-6 salad plates, or streak across the plates like at a restaurant.
  3. Arrange the greens on the plates, followed by radishes, peach slices and smoked trout chunks.
