Chicken Breast Strips

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  2. Cut each fillet into 4 long strips.
  3. Combine with eggs in bowl.
  4. Chill overnight.
  5. Roll in crumbs, coating well.
  6. Brown in oil in large skillet.
  7. Alternate layers of chicken, mushrooms and garlic in 9 x 13-inch baking dish until all ingredients are used.
  8. Pour mixture of wine and broth over top.
  9. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
  12. Bake for 5 minutes longer.
  13. Yield:
  14. 8 servings.
