Sugar Pops Breakfast Bars
- 1 box 15.5 Ounce Box, Sugar Pops Cereal
- 1/2 cups Pure Honey
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Instant Oats
- 1 whole Beaten Egg
- 1/4 teaspoons EACH: Pure Vanilla Extract, Almond Extract
- 2 cups Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar, For Dusting
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a very large mixing bowl add Sugar Pops, honey, brown sugar, oats, beaten egg, vanilla and almond extracts and mini chocolate chips. Using a spatula, mix ingredients well.
- Using two 9 x 12 non-stick or lightly greased sheet pans, add half the mixture to each pan and spread it out with and offset spatula.
- Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar, cut them into 3" x 3" squares and put the squares in airtight containers. You can freeze these bars if you'd like.
