Sugar Pops Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. In a very large mixing bowl add Sugar Pops, honey, brown sugar, oats, beaten egg, vanilla and almond extracts and mini chocolate chips. Using a spatula, mix ingredients well.
  3. Using two 9 x 12 non-stick or lightly greased sheet pans, add half the mixture to each pan and spread it out with and offset spatula.
  4. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar, cut them into 3" x 3" squares and put the squares in airtight containers. You can freeze these bars if you'd like.
