S’More Pie
- 8 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 whole Egg, At Room Temperature
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 jar (7.5 Ounces) Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 whole Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Prepare ganache:
- Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place into a medium bowl. Bring the cream just barely to a boil over medium heat, then pour over chocolate pieces. Whisk until smooth. Add egg and salt, whisk until incorporated and allow to cool.
- Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust, shield edges with foil, and bake until it is just set and jiggles a little in the center, which should be about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- Prepare marshmallow topping:
- Take Fluff from jar and melt gently in the microwave in 10-second bursts, stirring alternately, until mixture is smooth and pourable.
- Pour Marshmallow fluff over pie.
- Toast under the broiler for three minutes for that campfire look.
