S’More Pie

  1. Prepare ganache:
  2. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place into a medium bowl. Bring the cream just barely to a boil over medium heat, then pour over chocolate pieces. Whisk until smooth. Add egg and salt, whisk until incorporated and allow to cool.
  3. Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust, shield edges with foil, and bake until it is just set and jiggles a little in the center, which should be about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Prepare marshmallow topping:
  5. Take Fluff from jar and melt gently in the microwave in 10-second bursts, stirring alternately, until mixture is smooth and pourable.
  6. Pour Marshmallow fluff over pie.
  7. Toast under the broiler for three minutes for that campfire look.
