Jeanne'S Taco Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease a 10 inch pie plate or square casserole dish.
  3. Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown; drain.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix.
  5. Place in pie plate of dish and sprinkle chillie peppers on top.
  6. In separate bowl,
  7. beat milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean when inserted, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, extra tomatoes, and cheese if desired.
  9. Great as leftovers.
