Skillet Baked Sloppy Joe Taters
- 3 whole Potatoes (Russet Or Yukon Gold) Rinsed, Cut Into Wedges
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 ounces, weight Ground Beef
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped Finely
- 1/2 whole Bell Pepper, Diced
- 10 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Mustard
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
- In a large skillet, add potato wedges, salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
- In another skillet or frying pan, add ground beef, oregano, onions, bell pepper and saute until meat is brown. Drain off excess grease. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and mustard. Stir well and saute 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Transfer ingredients into the skillet with the potatoes, scooping mixture on top of taters. Add both cheeses evenly across the top and bake 8 minutes.
- Serve!
