- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Cut Into Pieces
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1-1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Tablespoons Pistachio Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

- Line an 8x8 inch (20cmx20cm) pan with parchment paper (leaving a 2-inch/5 cm paper overhang on two sides). Butter the paper and sides of the pan. Set aside.

Add the chocolate chips. Stir well until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is really smooth. Add the pistachio extract and pure vanilla extract. Mix one more time.
- Finally add the chopped pistachios and stir vigorously. Pour it into the prepared pan and spread evenly to the edges of the prepared pan. Smooth the top. Refrigerate or freeze until completely set.
- Using the parchment paper overhangs, lift fudge from pan and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into 36 squares.
