Halibut With Celery-Mustard Sauce

  1. Cut halibut into serving pieces, if necessary.
  2. Spread celery and green onions into lightly oiled baking dish.
  3. Place halibut over mixture.
  4. Combine chicken broth, vinegar, olive oil, mustard and paprika.
  5. Pour over fish.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
  8. Remove fish to serving platter.
  9. Stir sour cream into baking dish, combining with pan juices and vegetables.
  10. Pour over halibut and serve.
