Sesame French Fries With Creamy Wasabi Dipping Sauce

  1. In a large Dutch oven bring the canola and sesame oils to 375 F (heat it between medium high and high on your stove).
  2. Once oil is hot add the potatoes and fry until almost golden brown. Remove them from the oil using a kitchen spider or slotted spoon. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels and sprinkle with plenty of sea salt.
  3. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients (cream cheese through water). Serve fries with the dipping sauce on the side.
