Lumpia

  1. Wash
  2. vegetables;
  3. slice finely.
  4. Wash shrimp; take off shell and head.
  5. Cut shrimp onto 1/2-inch pieces.
  6. Slice onion finely. Saute
  7. pork
  8. in
  9. 2teaspoons of oil and garlic.
  10. Add shrimp; cook
  11. until reddish.
  12. Add sliced vegetables and mongo sprout.
  13. Add salt
  14. andtjinomoto to taste.
  15. Cook with medium heat
  16. 3
  17. to 5 minutes.
  18. Remove from heat; drain and cool thoroughly.
  19. Place
  20. 1 tablespoontf
  21. meat mixture in each lumpia wrapper;
  22. foldtnto envelope style, sealing ends with water. Deep
  23. frytach
  24. lumpia intil until golden brown.
  25. Drain on paper towel.test when served hot.
