Chocolate Nests With Cadbury Eggs

  1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat or in the microwave, on 30 second heat bursts. Make sure to stir between bursts and stop once it's melted or you'll scorch the chocolate.
  2. Stir the melted chocolate and cereal together in a bowl until the cereal is evenly coated.
  3. Drop the mixture with a spoon onto a baking sheet and form little "nests." It is a lot like Rice Krispie Treats in that the cereal wants to stick to everything but itself! You may think that it can't possibly hold. But once the chocolate cools, it does! You can also use small cupcake papers to hold the nests together.
  4. Gently press the Cadbury eggs into each nest.
  5. Cool in the fridge for as long as it takes you to pick up your kids from school, about 30 minutes.
