Blueberry Yum Yum
- 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Softened
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 12 ounces, weight Whipped Topping (thawed)
- 1 can (21 Oz. Size) Blueberry Pie Filling
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- To prepare the crust, mix together the margarine/butter, pecans and flour. You may have to use your hands to get it right. Spread into the bottom of a 13X9 casserole dish. There should be just enough to cover the bottom. Bake for about 15 minutes. Just until starting to brown. Allow to cool completely.
- Next is the filling. Using a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping. Spread onto the cooled crust.
- Then just spread the pie filling over the top. It may not reach all of the edges, but with some of the white showing it just makes it prettier. Enjoy!
