Sautéed Radishes
- 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Diced
- 1 whole Small Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Oregano
- 15 whole Radishes, Quartered
- 10 whole Basil Leaves
- 10 whole Spinach Leaves
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- Salt To Taste
- Saute the onion, garlic, and green peppers in coconut oil over medium-high heat until they begin to brown at the edges.
- Add the parsley and oregano, and cook for a minute more.
- Add in radishes, stir and saute for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Chiffonade the basil and spinach leaves, and add to the radishes along with red pepper flakes and salt (both to taste), stirring constantly and cooking for another minute, until wilted.
- Enjoy!
