Atomic Cake

  1. Prepare all three cakes according to package directions. You'll mix the boxed mix with the additional required ingredients specified in cake mix packages - typically water, eggs and oil. Cook at the time and temperature specified on the boxes.
  2. Also, prepare both pudding mixes by mixing the boxed mix with additional required ingredients specified in pudding mix packages - typically milk). Place in the refrigerator to set.
  3. Place the banana cake layer on a cake plate, top with prepared banana pudding and sliced bananas.
  4. Place the yellow cake layer on top of the banana layer.
  5. Mix together enough glaze with sliced strawberries to coat strawberries. Spread evenly over the yellow cake layer.
  6. Next, place the chocolate cake layer on top of the strawberry layer and top with prepared chocolate pudding evenly.
  7. Frost the sides and top of the cake with the whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate until serving time. Refrigerate any leftovers.
  9. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
  10. If the one layer Jiffy Cake Mixes are not available in your area, prepare half of a regular 18.25-ounce cake mix for each layer of this cake...or prepare the whole cake mix and freeze the extra layers for another time.
