Strawberry Kiwi Yogurt Pops
- 2 cups Strawberries, Diced
- 1/2 cups Fresh Lime Juice, Divided
- 1/4 cups Honey, Divided
- 12 ounces, weight Low-fat Vanilla Yogurt, Divided
- 2 cups Kiwi, Diced
- 1. Add strawberries and half of the lime juice to food processor. Pulse until smooth. (If you want to have chunks of fruit in your pops, reserve 1/4 cup of the diced strawberries and stir them in after pureeing the rest.)
- 2. Stir in half of the honey and half of the vanilla yogurt.
- 3. Fill popsicle molds halfway with strawberry mixture. This is about 3-4 tablespoons per mold depending on size.
- 4. Stick molds in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
- 5. Rinse the bowl of the food processor. Add kiwi pieces and remaining lime juice. Pulse until smooth. Stir in remaining honey and yogurt. Top off popsicle molds with kiwi mixture.
- 6. Place popsicle mold covers or sticks into each mold. Freeze for 4-6 hours before enjoying.
