Salad With Apples, Gorgonzola And Walnuts

  1. Cut the gorgonzola into pieces. Trim and thinly slice the apples, sprinkling the slices with a Tablespoon of lemon juice. Cut the bread into slices and toast in a skillet or in the broiler of the oven for 5 minutes until browned and crispy.
  2. Distribute the mixed salad into 4 individual bowls or a large serving platter, arrange the bread and apples on the salad.
  3. Sprinkle with walnuts and gorgonzola chunks.
  4. Emulsify the oil and remaining lemon juice a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Pour the dressing on top of the salad and serve.
