Oatmeal Scotchies
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cups White Sugar
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Quick Oats
- 1 package Butterscotch Chips (11 Oz)
- 1) Preheat oven to 375u0b0 F.
- 2) Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside.
- 3) Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, almond and vanilla extracts in large mixer bowl.
- 4) Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- 5) Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
- 6) Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
