Oatmeal Scotchies

  1. 1) Preheat oven to 375u0b0 F.
  2. 2) Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside.
  3. 3) Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, almond and vanilla extracts in large mixer bowl.
  4. 4) Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. 5) Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
  6. 6) Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
