Macaroni My Way
- 1 pound Box Of Elbow Pasta
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 cups Chopped Ham
- 2 whole Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Black Olives
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Sweet Corn (Canned Is Fine)
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- Cook the pasta according to the directions provided on the package.
- While you cook the pasta dice the celery, ham, jalapenos and olives (you can use the whole jalapenos and olives or I use the already diced ones). Don't forget to cook the peas (I use the microwaveble single packets) you can use what ever you desire.
- Drain the pasta when done and rise it. Then, add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix. You can add more mayonnaise if needed or less depending on your taste.
- If you use chicken, make sure it's already cooked, then shred it. If you use chicken, you might want to omit the corn and olives and use potatoes instead. But just adapt to your tastes.
