Ice Cream Caramel Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 bag (12-count) Rhode's Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (other Flavors Such As Butter Pecan, Cinnamon, Etc Would Be Delicious Also)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 stick Butter (salted)
- Follow package instructions to allow rolls to rise. I typically use a 9x13 pan for 12 rolls. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a saucepan on stove, combine 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1 stick of butter. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Let boil, while stirring for 1-2 minutes, until it's a nice caramel color. Feel free to taste test.
- Now this is where it gets good, pour this caramel mixture over the rolls. Yes, it may seem like a lot of liquid but trust me on this one. Bake according to package directions. After suggested time, check them, as you may need to bake them for 5-10 minutes more to allow the middle to bake thoroughly. All rolls should be a nice golden brown. Also, your kitchen will smell like heaven. You're welcome.
- Once they are done baking, take them out of the oven and frost immediately with frosting packets provided in the Rhode's package. That's right, caramel sauce AND frosting. Breakfast of champions, my friends.
- Best served warm....or cold....whatever.
