Harvest Salad With Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 6 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
- 3 whole Medium Apples Of Your Choice, Cored And Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
- 3/4 cups Walnut Halves
- 3/4 cups Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cups Craisins (optional As Garnish)
- 1. Mix spinach, apple pieces, walnut halves, and feta cheese into a large serving bowl.
- 2. Whisk together oil, vinegar, syrup, and mustard.
- 3. Add dressing to salad mixture, toss to coat, and garnish with Craisins (if desired).
- 4. Serve immediately.
